Then once again I was promoted to a 150 unit high rise property, at which I stayed for 4 months. In 4/2003 I was promoted again and found myself back at Lake of the Woods Apartments as Property Manager, one of Fath’s larger properties. I was a supervisor over 4 other employees in which I was responsible for telling them their day to day duties.

My experience in Managing has effectively taught me to know what needs to be done and getting it done on time and to the best of my ability. I am able to type approximately 45 wpm and have experience in Word Processing using Word Perfect, Lotus, Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Windows. I believe that my experience in apartment management has taught me patience, understanding, and to keep the residents happy and to love where they live. I strive to have a friendly relationship with each resident in hopes that they can come to me with any problems or concerns without hesitation. I am extremely professional and highly organized. I pride myself on my ability to stay calm in all extreme circumstances and handle anything in a calm manner as to not agitate the situation and bring understanding and peace to any situation.
