Project: MISMO Advantage
The MISMO(Mortgage Industry Standards Maintainenance Organization) for Loan Delivery project focuses on Freddie Mac’s ability to accept the MISMO defined loan-level attributed data set from the seller for loan delivery. This would entail the transition away from the use of the Form 11/Form 13 as the data set for loan information at delivery. While Freddie continues to support customers who may not be able to meet the conversion timeline, Freddie wants to develop the ability to read in a data file whose loan attribute data is defined according to the MISMO industry standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively involved in MISMO project as a Systems/ Business Analyst and was involved in defining and documenting the system requirements in the project.

The Home Value Suite application leverages statistical derived property valuation data to provide the following services: Home Value Explorer (HVE) - a fee based property valuation service primarily targeted to equity loan originators and Home Value Suite Batch (HVS Batch) which offers the ability to bundle a series of transactions for bulk processing.
