Having in excess of forty six [46] years of continuous experience and service it the construction of state of the art video, data and voice OSP networking systems, utilizing aerial, underground and premise wiring techniques installing fiber, coax and copper cabling plant along with fiber optics collection systems for wind-solar energy farms, municipal fiber rings and long haul fiber internet backbones.

1965-1975 Experience started with Confidential, as OSP construction foreman/splicer, supervisor/project manager, helped to implement some of the basic OSP methods being utilized in today's broadband OSP construction standards. Was one of five that spliced the first CATV Jerrold transistorized equipment. Other duties included safety, quality control, hiring, training, and customer relations with full responsibilities of remote multi million dollar OSP operations. Supervised both hourly and sub contract labor crews during the construction of in excess of 9,500 mile of plant to include nations first dual two way coaxial system built. (1968- Boston). Also managed the construction of one on the first two-way LAN projects (1969-US Navy Indian Head, Md.)

From 75-88 was a partner in and managed "Confidential" a full service single source provider of copper, coaxial and fiber ISP/OSP networks. Micro was one of the first OSP companies to construct the early stages of long haul fiber ( MCI-1982] along with other fiber services within Argentina, Bahamas, and the Alaska regions of Anchorage/Wasilla/Fairbanks. Micro help construct the first commercial two way interactive coaxial TV systems. (Time Warner 1978 Columbus - 1980 Cincinnati). Micro provided turnkey operations installing up to 13 coaxial cable bundles, which has since been replaced utilizing one fiber optic cable. During this span, Micro constructed some 21,500 miles of fiber-copper-coax plant. Also during this period Ogden built, owned and operated a small CATV system in Eastern Ohio.

During 88-92 Having dissolved his company, Ogden became Director and General Manager of the OSP Division of Confidential, who was later bought out by Confidential, of Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities ranged from remote multi million dollar turnkey projects constructing OSP fiber, copper and coaxial systems for the Electrical, Telephone, CATV, Fiber, Health, Educational, Auto, Steel, Coal, Municipal, State and Federal institutions, utilizing LAN, WAN, MAN, HFC- Hybrid Fiber / Coaxial Designs.

In 1992 Ogden and a group of professionals purchased the working assets of Confidential Network Integration Services OSP Division of Pittsburgh, activating under the name of "Confidential" and as a premier technical service company, continued to provided quality services for Video, Data, Voice telemetry networks for both inside and outside facilities to include the rebuild of Nashville, TN for Viacom and the 26 mile of fiber wiring for Honda of America-Ohio Plant.

In 1995 Ogden left this partnership to manage a divisional office for one of the Confidential, affiliated companies-[ CCG ]. During this period he managed the construction of installing coaxial-copper cabling networks for Tel Co's and specialized projects like video and voice services for Park N View within some 65 TA-Petro-Pilot truck stops around the USA. He established a pole climbing / safety school where some 915 craftspeople were trained and employed. His responsibilities also include diversifying the company into other trades outside of broadband to include services for other fiber industries. He also put in place a full service-recruiting, drug screening and specialized quality control programs to insure complete customer satisfaction.

In 1998 Ogden left Confidential, to manage the national OSP aerial division of Confidential, Miami,FL providing fiber optic services to Municipalities and Utilities. One of my projects was the installation of some 100 mile ADSS in Power Space from Charleston WVA-Ashland KY for AEP of Ohio. After 911-twin towers attack, Linc.Net found itself caught up in the economical crisis of the times and closed its doors.

In 2000 Ogden then re-established under "Confidential," to market and serve this ever changing industry where it constructed video/data/voice/Inet services for Idleaire Electrification Systems within Confidential,Pilot truck stops, Cell Tower Construction, aerial-underground fiber rings, premise wiring of fiber, coaxial, copper cable systems for municipalities and utility companies with FTTH, HFC, FTTC applications utilizing the latest state of the art fiber techniques in labor and equipment. Other fiber project consisted of placing aerial and underground fiber for the collection system of wind energy - solar energy farms.

In 2008 To take advantage of the many opportunities offered to Confidential, Ogden expanded and now provides research, marketing and consulting services within renewable-alternate-wind -solar energy trades. Ogden has contacted all major national energy development companies that propose to install some 11,500-wind turbines. Other consulting services provided include brokering services; bringing together small specialized companies to large National Mega Corporate operations for financial, administration, back office aid, insurance, bonding and marketing support to include teaming, joint venture, purchase and or mergers.
