  • Scheduled, expedited and provided technical elevator control system assistance to field personnel, which included ordering extra miscellaneous materials, adjusting quantities and specific delivery dates, times and locations, and providing engineering expertise and final cost close out procedures.
  • Served specifically as a contract manager handling elevator control systems ranging in cost from $9k up to millions in revenue that would span years into the construction phase. Acquiring this type of knowledge provided the drive to multi-task and be self-educated in the field of elevators. Through this extensive knowledge, call back volume was decreased by not having to transfer calls or wait for additional technical assistance, therefore providing quick concise information to customers.
