SUMMARY:

I am passionate about Identity and Access Management. Though I am well versed in many technologies that IDM uses to accomplish its goals, I am especially drawn to two aspects: the move towards IDM maturity for an organization, and self - service opportunities. I enjoy the environment of serving in local government. Since identity management is not a technology, it uses technology to get things done, it is naturally technology agnostic. And though the main point of my experience has been in the Oracle product line, I am confident in my familiarity and abilities to be successful in any of the IDM technologies.

Directly managed 11 teachers in St Petersburg, Russia for International Language Program.
This included times of crisis and threats to US citizens in Russia as well as daily staff leadership and management, budget management, quarterly reviews, resource planning, and teacher engagement.
