- May 2000 – Jan 2001: Developed and brought to market a business plan to integrate a printer’s supply management by leveraging the printer’s management solution.
In “The Year 2000 in Review” by Graphic Arts Monthly, I was highlighted as Supplier Interview. - June 1997 - May 1999: Leveraged technology to complement supplier controller and/or managed inventory management within paper business’s supply chain.
- May 1995 – June 1997: Developed Order Life Cycle Transaction Sets to support the Graphic Arts community. This work was based in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards.

From 2005 – Sept 2010, I developed, implemented, and reporting on digital strategies improving the human factor on all web marketing properties including but not limited to content, flow, UI, features, user acquisition, search engine optimization (SEO), web traffic and technology.
I was responsible for the management, development and daily operations of a global, remote Web Marketing and eBusiness team including execution, performance, reporting, outsourcing and budgeting. From 2008 through 2011, I have grown my business by 25% year over year and increasing the complexity of the project we do year after year.
During this time frame, I implemented/project managed WCMS web site, CMS internal sales portal, and CMS external sales portal in addition to acting as the direct Sales and Marketing business expertise in the migration of customer data into a CRM and then into Marketing Automation software.
From 2000 – 2004, I focused my Product Management time on development of an integrated printer supply chain product. I developed the business plan; market segmentation and penetration; go to market strategy; ROI model; and supporting order transactions.
Within Business development group I worked to find prospects and sell the integrated printer supply chain to print suppliers and print buyers. Implemented SFDC and then lent my business expertise in direct sales and marketing to Siebel CRM implementation and added Sales and Marketing Administrator to my responsibilities.

I worked for all of the business units (e.g. Newsprint, Commercial Print and Publication Papers) on developing and maintaining custom systems for order management, invoice, sales reporting, data warehousing and electronic data interchange.
The focus of my ten years with Champion was on new development and introduction of new strategies. I spent several years developing electronic data interchange (EDI) document definitions to support the printing industry order and inventory management practices. Then I leveraged my knowledge of system of our systems, standards and practices to developed manual and then simply system to develop new services offerings for our customers focused on inventory management across business units. My last year was focused on extending our business offerings through integration with partners and through the Internet.
