Tailored around eRoom (now an EMC product), this SaaS platform was conceived to complement the firm’s professional services. To date, ProjectSolve has served over 6,000 project teams across the globe and remains in use by roughly 10,000 professionals within PB, its clients and project partners.
  • Recruited and managed the implementation consultants and support staff who handled PB’s flagship project collaboration extranet (ProjectSolve). Also mentored and supervised software engineers assigned to projects within the group’s portfolio.
  • Oversaw the development and evolution of provisioning and support processes. Over time these were enhanced to support a decentralized framework which enabled local offices to implement and administer team sites locally. This decentralized approach allowed the firm to leverage ProjectSolve globally.
  • Personally facilitated the rollout of ProjectSolve on dozens of external client engagements, many of which included custom engineering and construction management extensions to the base product’s functionality.
