  • Created a Component Interface and an Application engine process to submit the orders on hold, without any manual intervention, once the hold condition on those orders is no more valid.
  • Customized the Manage Audiences component of PS CRM 8.9 and designed a completely new page to allow the user to enter various criteria for generating an audience. Used PeopleCode Query classes to programmatically generate a PS Query which is then used by the existing application engine process to generate the Audience.
  • Worked on Inventory and Billing of PS FSCM 8.8 on Multiple-Billing issue to solve the problem of multiple invoices being generated for a single order placed through PS CRM 8.9 Order Capture module. The solution was to stop direct invoicing and assign Target Invoice the value same as the order number. Later on, the parent company of RSMeans, i.e., RCD objected as it didn’t suit their process so, another approach is being followed. Till then, multiple billing was working as desired by RSMeans.
  • Currently working on the alternate solution for the problem in point above. This solution is TBP (Transaction Billing Process). This involves billing for all type of products e.g. subscription, service, inventory to be done through contracts. For this, the customized application engines created by the Lexis Nexis, LN RO SUB SM and LN RO MNT SM to move inventory products from CRM to FSCM contracts have also been modified in addition to some other modifications done. In FSCM side, the clone of OM BILL application engine, CRM OM BILL was created with some changes done in it.
  • The application engine CA BI INTFC has also been modified to solve the problem of incorrect quantity and amount passing to billing.
