  • Responsible for conducting Defect Prevention meeting which involve the discussion on common causes, defects that have been detected during that period which could be a possible cause of defect in the future.
  • Educated the team members on the importance of review effectiveness, thereby reducing the testing defects.
  • Prepared the Defect Prevention report which gives a snap shot of the major, minor and fatal defects and causes of the defects and the actions to be taken to prevent such defects in future.
