Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the weekly and biweekly payroll processing of 20,000+ CarMax employees, multi-state, multi-company and expatriate (payroll processing, W2s, delivery of pay).

- As the lead payroll coordinator, I served as the key member of the management team leading the oversight of the biweekly processing of 5000+ employees, multi-state, multi-company and expatriate payroll processing, W2s, and delivery of pay. I also assist with stock equity administration and taxation.
- In supporting the Payroll Manager to ensure that all payroll, accounting and auxiliary system requirements are met (W-2’s, tax filing, banking requirements, benefits, stock, etc.), I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of administrative and human resources functions, including the auditing of data keyed into HRMS (EV5) to ensure data integrity and SOX compliance as well as review of employee’s work charts, timesheets, and timecards to ensure that information is properly recorded and that records have the signatures of authorizing officials.
