  • Managed global applications & tools team that consisted of 10 project managers, 16 application developers, one lead architect and one chief engineer. These resources were aligned tightly with client counterparts
  • Participated in setup of processes for migrating client infrastructure to the cloud environment. Initial onboarding for server builds went from two weeks to one day with process improvements and resource alignment efforts. Overall migration of a client into the cloud was three weeks in total from requirements, testing & sign-off.
  • Ensured architecture, design & implementation met contractual requirements by implementing a ‘two in a box’ concept with key HPe and client resources. This significantly improved communication, trust and collaboration leading to no re-works or contractual penalties.
  • Migrated and on boarded clients to leveraged standard HPe tools & applications by managing scope, requirements, development of test cases, qualification & move to production activities.
  • Migrated clients from multiple ticketing systems to a single instance of Service Now. This significantly improved productivity removing requirement to have resources enter over 100 tickets each month in a second ticketing system.
