Confidential is a well known retail chain in the US which specializes in outdoor recreation brands. The offshore team at Ciber has the responsibility to maintain their system. All enhancements and development activities are taken care by the offshore team in India. Also off late, Confidential have started giving HD tickets (support work) to Offshore as well in which production tickets are raised by the customers and then source fixes are provided back to them after Unit and SIT testing.
The Offshore team is responsible for carrying out all development work assigned and unit testing. Once the codes have been unit tested they are passed for Integration testing which is also conducted at Offshore. Once all these activities are completed they get passed to the Onsite team (onsite co-ordinators) who then assist the customers in UAT activities.
