While this program was in progress, executive management asked the team to be the first project to use Confidential 's new outsourced QA team in Bangalore which was done and used as a model for further QA rollout to Bangalore.
- Managed successful delivery of the first E* Confidential portfolio combination web page, allowing customers to view a complete status of all their brokerage accounts.
- Managed delivery of first Confidential physical presence on Madison Avenue. Scope included a retail business, cafe, learning center and over 250 monitors/workstations, plus a complete active trading center.
