  • Captured and maintained, using BPWin, detail external entities, process descriptions, process triggers, outputs, data stores, data flow names and definitions for the upload to Erwin
  • Managed six subject areas (Billing, Budgets, Collections, Deposits, Field Orders, and Meter Management) using BPwin, resulting in the successful migration of data from multiple legacy systems to CorDaptix (also known as CC&B)
  • Instrumental in developing Business Process Design (known as Business Process Re-Engineering) methodology which is key in the implementation process of CISPLUS system migration, which impacted 8.5 million meters and 6.5 million utility customers

  • Create development of Object Oriented Analysis for the development of enter objects, interface objects, control objects, creating dependency relationships, and navigability of system functionality for CC&B
  • Developed an in-depth and comprehensive reference manuals, matrices and process models for the Electronic Data Interface (EDI) protocol methods for transaction sets 810, 814, 820, 867 and 997
