- As a follow on engagement, Confidential asked that I lead the planning and deployment of 2 portfolio company websites and 40 franchisee sites, each with contact management, dynamic content, performance measuring tools, scheduling, and mass mailing capability, worked with the legal department to create the appropriate disclaimers, terms of use and modifications to the franchisee contracts.
- Engaged by Confidential , a newly angel funded manufacturer of prefabricated homes made of composite materials, as a full service IT consultant to help the firm get its initial infrastructure and infrastructure planning started. I was hired by the CEO on a referral from a previous client to assist the company in planning its current technical needs and a scaling path based on their business plan. I oversaw the deployment of the initial infrastructure which included Confidential telephony, 60 desktops, 5 Confidential stations, 8 servers, fiber cabling, racks and APU. I developed the RFP’s, negotiated the contract terms including cost and service levels and the hiring of the initial corporate IT and MIS staff. - Engaged by the as a Sr. Consultant on a referral from the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the 20th Judicial Circuit, to provide an evaluation of two trial case management systems (CMS) for family courts. I evaluated the technical models and business processes for function and portability across the state. I compared the two models against the standards set by the Confidential and the State Technology Board (STB) and provided change recommendations to both technology selection and business processes.
- Engaged by Confidential as systems analyst to perform a functional and technical analysis of an N-Tier clinical trial application it was interested in purchasing.
