  • Evaluated, designed and implemented retail systems from the ground up in the following areas:
  • This system sent sales data feeds from the Confidential system to a SaaS based forecasting and replenishment system.
  • It also send on hand inventory data feeds from the warehouse management system to the replenishment system.
  • The replenishment system generated purchase order suggestions based on demand forecast, on order and on hand inventory for the buyers to approve manually or automatically. It also managed consigned and vendor managed inventory
  • Implemented Allpoints Warehouse Management System with specialized features to handle Confidential and Confidential sites.
  • It interfaced with Peoplesoft procurement system to download purchase orders and interfaced with EDI system to download ASNs.
  • It interfaced with the order fulfillment system to download customer orders. It interfaced with material handling and conveyor systems to handle wave picking.
