Responsibilities:
- Program Manager for the General Motors and Diversified Products Business Units for all new product launch activities around highly engineered ultra-high strength steel components and highly engineered large tonnage injection molding components. Programs varied in size between $500K to 20 million in annual sales. Other responsibilities included:
- Defined Scope of each program assigned and communicate the information to all key stakeholders.
- Single Point Contact to the Customers. This included customers both in North America and global launch activities in Mexico, China and Czech Republic.
- Report out weekly to the Executive Leadership Team on the status of all new product launch activities and engineering change activities within the business unit.
- Lead cross functional core team members in new product launches in both steel and plastics industries. This included working directly with Product Designers, Product Development Engineers, Quality Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers.
- Work closely with the Product Development Engineers and Commercial Teams in the early phases of the Confidential Process and Quote Process to ensure product was both manufacturing feasible and that sufficient budgets were established to support the programs.
- Ensure tasks within each phase of launch were completed in a timely manner including gate reviews with key executive team members.

- Lead Team in the successful launch of the Confidential T367, and GMT365 Bumper Programs at the Confidential Plant in Confidential Canada.
- Lead Team in the successful launch of the Confidential 610 Seat Track Program for Wentzville Missouri assembly plant. Lead all Confidential Activities associated with each program. Successful 1st time 100% Full Confidential Approvals on all program launches. Other responsibilities included:
- Responsible for all activities associated with the build of Check Fixtures. This included quoting, sourcing, design and build.
- Ensure components suppliers were meeting all criteria established in the Supplier Statement of Works at time of sourcing.
- Review and approve all Component Supplier Confidential Submissions.
- Supported customer pre-production build events as required and any quality concerns brought up during the early stages of the launch process.
PROGRAM MANAGER

- Lead Cross Functional Teams in 17 new launch activities and engineering changes for Confidential at the Baltimore Assembly Plant and Confidential Plant. Launches consisted of ultra-high strength bumpers, underbody frame rails and cross members.
- Lead the team in a major tool refurbishment program for the Baltimore Assembly Plant for Frame Rails, Cross Members and other roll formed and stamped components. 18 new progressive dies were rebuilt and 1 underbody frame assembly weld cell was fully refurbished while maintaining current production requirements. Other responsibilities included:
- Report out weekly to executive team members on key measurable established in the beginning of the program; including timing, budget, scrap, quality or delivery incidents.
- Work closely with department leaders on staffing and support needs for each program.
- Travel as needed to support early build events at the customer mfg location or for any engineering meetings during the design/development phases of the program.
