EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:
I have been in the IT industry for almost 13 years. I worked at Countrywide Financial Corporation where I have worked on a number of Enterprise Applications. I have had varied job responsibilities during this time such as collecting requirements from the business users, mapping them to the system and then participating in the development and implementation of the system. I also managed numerous I.T. efforts as a Project Manager.
I am a Siebel (CRM) certified consultant and an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). I started as a Mainframe developer. Over the years I have developed varied IT skills like Database programming and administration in both Oracle and Ms SQL Server, Enterprise Application Integration skills using various technologies such as CORBA, COM, C#, Report developing skills using Actuate Report and Crystal Reports, Business Intelligence and Analytical applications. I have implemented a number of CRM and Analytic solutions using Siebel, Siebel Analytics and Microsoft Analysis Services. I have vast experience in designing and developing Enterprise Applications using C# language on a .Net platform. During this period I have had various roles ranging from managing a team of people to designing the Architecture of the application and implementing it.
I have also acted as a Business Analyst preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD) and other deliverables in a number of projects at different clients. I have also attended project management training, the curriculum of which was laid down by the PMI institute and offered by Countrywide.
I have a keen interest and would like to pursue job responsibilities in Technical Architecture and /or Project Management.

SIEBEL EXPERIENCE: I have worked extensively with Siebel Application. I have configured workflow manager, assignment manager, actuate reports, state models, list of values, used vb script and escript extensively. I have also done EIM and written VB dll’s for integration with external applications. Specifically for Countrywide, I did pda, F9 Lotus Notes Integration and cwinsider integration with the Siebel application. Cwinsider (Intra Company email application) and the Siebel application were configured to use single sign on. I also have experience with upgrading Siebel application to different versions.

As an architect I was responsible to design the Siebel Enterprise Architecture and give suggestions on clustering and fail over strategies as per the clients business needs. I participated in Performance & Load Testing, Expert service reviews, Siebel Application architecture sizing and Release / Deployment cycle creation. I have experience with performance tuning of Object Managers/server components and have capability in managing multiple environments (dev, QA, prod).
I also have experience with Informatica 7.x and siebel analytics 7.1.4. I have done installation, single sign on set up and support of these products. I have also defined strategies for fail over and high availability for these applications.

As part of the Siebel product and its integration with external systems, I have worked extensively with SQL, designing database tables with proper relationships between them to meet the requirements of the application and RDBMS concepts.

Description:

Siebel application is being used to manage the clients that ADP has. From serving any queries they may have regarding payrolls to the problems with ADP systems they might be facing are all addressed using the Siebel system.
As a Manager I am responsible to deliver a stable and robust Siebel Enterprise solution (which includes Siebel and E Support applications) and give suggestions as to what changes could be brought about to the process and management methodology so as to increase efficiency and reduce costs. I am responsible for managing onsite and offshore teams to gather the business requirements and get the technical team to implement it within budget and on time. I am also responsible for developing a deployment and rollback plan. I also worked with onsite and offshore team to come up with a Support plan to schedule resources accordingly and provide the warranty as per the company’s contractual obligations.

Description:
Siebel is being designed and developed to meet the requirements of Health consultants and Call Center Representatives so that they can service the clients in a more efficient way using the latest technology. Siebel is being implemented as the Master Application and other home grown and smaller applications would take there feed from the Siebel application. This would help create a Master system of records which will not only act as the back bone of the company but would also integrate with other systems to make flow of information seamless.

As a Manager, I was responsible to deliver a stable and robust Siebel Enterprise solution and give suggestions as to what changes could be brought about to the process and management methodology so as to increase efficiency and reduce costs. I was responsible for evaluating the Expert Service Review and prioritizing their recommendations for the developers to implement. I was also instrumental in preparing the environment as per the Sizing review to achieve High Availability for the Siebel production environment.

My responsibilities also included helping Sr. Management to dig into Technical details as and when required so that they were better informed and could take a better decision. I also coordinated with other groups during deployment of different releases of the application.
I was also responsible for coordinating the effort to set up siebel monitoring/alerts through oracle grid control and work closely with Operations/ Networking groups to monitor and troubleshoot any alerts or errors.

My Job Role also included:

  • Deliver the CRM solution.
  • Manage the mock deployment and changes to Siebel (enhancements & hot fixes).
  • Develop deployment and rollback plan and support schedule.

Description:
Siebel is being designed and developed to meet the requirements of sales agents for a Customer contact application. Siebel was used to track sales leads and other day to day information between the sales executives and the sales leads. The initial data was imported
from the in house applications that CLD used. In addition, individual sales executives had the ability to import their own contact information from excel sheets, PDA’s and other mail systems into the Siebel database.
As Manager I was responsible to deliver the Siebel Enterprise solution and manage expectations of clients so that their business can be carried out in the most efficient way. I also managed the mock deployment and real cut over of self service portal.
The application was subsequently upgraded to include other divisions of Countrywide onto the Siebel application. Multi org was implemented to achieve this.
I also managed the upgrade of Siebel application from Siebel 7.04.4 to 7.5.2.

APRIL, 02 TILL JUNE, 2004:

I started as a contractor with Countrywide during April – 2002 and joined Countrywide as a full time Employee in May 2003.

Description: Siebel is being designed and developed to meet the requirements of Sales Support Representatives. Total number of expected users was 200. I was responsible for Siebel application development and configuration.
I was also part of the team to revamp the Siebel sales force automation application. As part of this project I did scripting and performance tuning of the Siebel application. I also developed
Real time Integration with external systems using EAI components like Business services, integration objects.
