Responsibilities:- Managing the Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) Initiative. This $2MM Enterprise Information Security PCI Compliance project will encrypt customer’s credit/debit account numbers at the point of sale terminal device.
- Led $3MM project to implement EMV Chip Card acceptance throughout Sears Holdings. Managed five separate point-of-sale (POS) teams on the design, development, testing, certification, and deployment of Chip Card acceptance. Key responsibilities included: hiring, contract extensions, procurement of test products, vendor SOWs (Statement of Work) for hardware, software and development services. Enabled an additional project to allow acceptance of Pin-less Debit for our Sears and Kmart POS areas.

- Acted as Technical Lead and liaison for successful conversion of CHAMP collection/recovery system to Citi corp. Partnered with business clients, vendor and IT as primary point of contact. Created business requirements. Testing coordinator for conversion. Ensured the accurate, smooth transition of data from our CHAMP system to Citi.

Responsibilities:- Project manager for an internal recovery management system to accommodate daily interfaces with 17 collection agencies and an attorney network of 120 law firms. This project had a 6-month ROI.
- Conceived and created a vendor extranet for attorney/agency communication. Located vendor for secure data transport and participated in contract negotiations for software purchase. This Extranet is still used throughout the company. Saved hundreds of thousands per year in operating expenses through systemic improvements.
