As the principal technical consultant performing the root cause analysis (RCA) and PCM study he hosted several vendor Level 3 deep-dives on the storage requirements and VMware infrastructure. This all led to his discovery of a previously unknown bug in the Confidential configuration tool RAIDCOM. Implementing changes reduced latency dramatically.
In support of a large IBM customer in the HealthCare industry who was required to have regular DOD security audits. Confidential ’s extensive background with DISA, DIACAP and other DOD security audit disciplines and methodologies allowed him to easily create tools to seamlessly translate infrastructure reports into custom automated spreadsheets to help satisfy the audit process. He also become a regular escalation resource across all industry groups. As subject matter expert he trained additional support staff on ITSM, ITIL, LEAN, IP and FC networks, storage and SAN technologies.
Created a rapid response depot repair/replace solution for Intel in the event of a worldwide processor recall emergency. Scaling to other customers and locations.
