Responsibilities:

  • Performed the role of Director of PMO for four months due to resignation of the previous director, until a replacement could be found and hired. This was in addition to performing my regular duties.
  • Responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the division’s new project governance process.
  • Responsible for managing and reporting on the division’s overall IT project portfolio and performance.
