  • Successfully changed the SDLC from a modified waterfall methodology to a SCRUM SDLC. This required the restructuring of three functional groups into six development teams that included business analysts, developers, and testers.
  • Increased the quality of the product through the introduction of automation testing, this resulted in a reduction in code defects in the production system such that, no helpdesk tickets resulted in code changes in 2013, and only one in 2014.
  • The Confidential project received Confidential ratings of “exceptional” for innovation, quality, schedule, business relations, and management of key personnel. For cost control and all additional categories a rating of “very good” was received.
  • Oversaw the complete redesign and development and migration of the Confidential system functions from a Sun Identity Manager based system to be based on the Oracle suite of Identity products. This was an effort that included the creation of a metadata driven rapid application integration framework, so that no code deployment is needed for the integration of new applications.
  • Oversaw the complete lifecycle for adaptive maintenance and O&M support for the Sun based Confidential system.
  • Introduced Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using Jenkins and Selenium, to compliment the agile development.
  • Introduced vulnerability scanning as part of the release testing cycle, resulting in a reduction of operational findings to zero for the 2013 SCA
