  • Created, trained, and concurrently led three different software development teams in the automation and redesign of Confidential ’s enterprise contracting processes. This involved the creation of a web based application that executes and tracks ALL contracts needing to be closed within the Agency, and in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Register (FAR).
  • Converted all development teams from a classical Waterfall development methodology to an Agile (Scrum) development framework.
