Subcontractor of electrical-mechanical services, Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Automatic Temperature Controls (ATC), in the industrial, commercial and residential venues. Various projects including SME consultant work with instrumentation calibration development (particularly Siemens) for the pharmaceutical industry at Wyeth Corp. (Pearl River, NY. Site). The work at Wyeth Corp. was in strict accordance with cGMP to meet FDA regulations. Wyeth also provided training for Maximo and SAP. I also worked with Ethernet TCP/IP protocols including LAN installations and database development. I had worked with AutoCAD 2006 and Visio as-built and retrofit drawings. My contract work has been with Optimum Controls Corp. (previous employer) and with Conexus, Confidential . as a consultant providing estimating and engineering design for BAS and ATC projects. These projects involved both LonWorks and BACnet communications protocols using the WEBs-AX system integration by utilizing Tridium Niagara Framework software. This included Flame Safeguard design for thermal oxidizer units in the semi-conductor manufacturing environment. All phases of Building Automation Systems (BAS) engineering. These include the estimating, proposal writing, bidding, design, installation, commissioning, testing, start-up and customer training of Automatic Temperature Controls Systems (Honeywell Equipment). The Honeywell DDC equipment that I engineered and commissioned BAS systems for consisted mainly of the XL5000 line, programming with H-W Care, LonSpec and LonWorks (Echelon Corp.). Other responsibilities included Waste Water Treatment Plant Instrumentation and Control (I & C) design and estimating, including the SCADA system layouts utilizing Modbus and DH+ communications.
