EXPERIENCES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Confidential helped sell and performed the Project Management role with a major Healthcare Payer to perform the code quality and process improvement of their Claims processing, Membership, Provider Pricing, and Customer Service (e.g., flexible spending) applications. Project was Agile - based, as there were constant project Increments, Retrospection, Ceremonies for Done outcomes with daily communication meetings. Confidential was responsible for presenting the monthly Steering Committee presentations.
  • Confidential drove the integration solution at a major Healthcare Provider. confidential  was responsible for developing the SOW, defining the deliverables, pricing, plan activities and terms and conditions, presenting the solution to the client stakeholders, acquiring signature and staffing the engagement. Once complete, under Louis’ leadership, the team developed a CD with the HL7 Enterprise Bus solution content and all developed assets genericized (e.g., HL7 transactions, API’s, reference architecture, SOW, project plan, estimating guidelines) to strengthen our collaborative Sales effort.
  • Confidential completed a troubled project at a major Healthcare Payer to install, configure and deploy a middleware infrastructure platform to comply with HIPAA regulations. Confidential sold the Proof of Concept (PoC) to the IT Director for $500K, which starbursted into the $8.5M hub solution, as we integrated Confidential ’s tooling and developed the HIPAA transactional and batch (837 and 835) messages. 18 months later, this account awarded Confidential $600M Managed Solution account, inclusive of outsourcing, Call Center re-engineering, application development, and SOA configuration.
  • Confidential sold and was the Project Manager to successfully deliver a PoC and several starbursted distributed middleware infrastructure solutions for multiple confidential’s at a large CPG account using a Agile-based implementation approach. After an extremely successful pilot, the client realized our value, engaged us for the core implementation project, amassing to a $6.6M, 16 month project at 39% contract gross profit.
  • Confidential took over and managed a Troubled Project (team of 21) responsible for designing, developing and deploying a Vendor Analysis data-mining solution. The $5.8M project extracted data from legacy applications via standard interface database files into a EDW, then funneled the data into a DM and accessed at summary and detail levels using predefined standard reports and ad hoc queries. Client disposition at project end - extremely pleased, showcased solution and provided strong recommendation with further work.
