- As the Technical Services Manager, led team of 37 resources who performed all aspects of daily platform management tasks committed to meet or exceed corporate performance objectives. Improvements introduced to the standard Processes & Procedures included instituting Daily Turnover Reports, Daily Operation Review Meetings, Weekly Root Cause Meeting, Service Level Metrics, and defining on call procedures. Further operational improvements were gained after review and adjusting existing Disaster Recovery Plans and Change Management procedures.
