Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate independent technical competence to perform equipment calibrations, alignments and preventive maintenance on primary products of expertise. Globalization Services is to assure proper coordination, tracking, and governance across this large portfolio of projects through development and management of key programs and processes.
  • Provide all warranty services, which apply to products in the field as well as preventive and remedial maintenance.
  • Act as key link to customer satisfaction by handling a wide variety of customer service problems, either by telephone or on-site, in a manner, which will enhance Triton’s service and equipment reputation.
  • Responsible for technical administrative activities including capital equipment, parts inventories, records, calibration and service records. To participate in contractually 24 hour by 365 days/year emergency customer support.
  • Provided technical training to audiences of various competency levels, from user to support, interfaced and supported Sales Executives.
  • Worked with Engineering, Integration and Test Group repairing IFU’s down to board level components. This included setting up rooftop testing using different generation IFU’s and using Fast Ethernet, OC3 and OC12.
  • Oversee the Project from start to finish, schedule and supervise all personnel on build-out of Farms, Class/Unclassified areas and Physical Security.

  • Also wrote documentation and manuals for Software, Hardware, Troubleshooting and RF Sweep testing for interference on main beam and side lobes.
  • Worked with microwave and millimeter-wave design technology and components up to 50Ghz.
