Project Manager for replacing old analog security cameras with modern digital cameras in four corporate locations in three states, including the installation of a server-based video storage solution. Key areas of focus were sites visits, contractor management, purchasing, and scheduling.
Audited the company for an internal PCI assessment, updating the SAQ-D on file and building an action plan for future compliance needs.
