  • Managed a team of 21 financials analysts - 13 from CTP India, the remainder from the client - in an Oracle Financials upgrade.   • Creating a test environment to measure the performance of the hosted server at peak demand; but without utilizing automated testing tools.

Coordinated and led on-site activities for the installation of a factory profitability software package at four Dana Manufacturing plants in AL, MS and AR.
