  • Deployed 13,000 seats of Cisco Anyconnect globally to replace Juniper VPN. Designed the rollout schedule, created end user documentation and support desk knowledge base. Worked with business units to ensure their use cases were addressed and that all users successfully migrated. Reviewed support tickets daily to tweak communications and documentation, and to address problems.
