IT Director & National Account Manager - Williams Lea (Contract Role)
- Brought in as a turn-around expert for the Law Firm of Confidential by Williams Lea, with the primary role of assuming all IT and Account Management functions for the Firm. Complete assessments of the entire IT services catalog, Procurement, Project Management and IT resources assigned to the Firm. Begin implementation of an ITIL strategy, and organize the extensive number of IT projects and initiatives that were planned or partially implemented.
- Provided fully outsourced IT management and day-to-day operational expertise for the Firm. Directly responsible for all IT roles and resources in all locations, including Project Management, Network Engineering, Developers, Trainers and Help Desk staff. All Procurement, Asset Management, Security and support of e-Discovery actions and Audits.
- Proven to be adaptable - Managed out-of-scope and out-of-contract activities by providing transitional support for the retiring Director of Finance and revising priorities to meet the objectives of the new Executive Director of the Firm.
- Revised the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans and solutions for this client, while deploying VMWare, Symantec eVault, Citrix, XenApp 6, and diverse Web and subscription based products to the Firm’s various offices.

- Led two large-scale platform migrations, including all end-user systems, software and OS. Change over from Dell to IBM standards and from loose cc:Mail and MS:Mail email products into a comprehensive Lotus Notes based solution.
- Responsible for the complete phone system design, installation and maintenance, from AT&T to Nortel as the vendor of choice, and introduced the first remote access (VPN) system for all original KL offices.
- As the National IT Manager for Kenneth Leventhal & Company, led the systems migration and technical elements to complete the merger with Ernst & Young. Assumed the role of Technology Manager for the West Los Angeles offices of Ernst & Young post merger, and served as the LAN integration Engineer moving from Synoptics to Cisco.
- Prior to EY merge, directly led and managed all desktop support personnel. Designed, selected and installed complete WAN and LAN installations, including nation-wide carrier selection and circuit specifications for all KL offices.
