- Universal 2007-2008 : Developed program, documentation, and materials for the resale of a proprietary Residuals and Participations system. Deliverables included the online, context-sensitive help system, the training program, electronic and print role-based manuals, technical documentation of formulae and scripts, QA/beta test.
- Bank of America 2005 : For Countrywide, documented paper loan processing and developed the training program for the image-based loan processing system. This system marked the first time complete and indexed imaged files were created for each loan as well as the first time this work was performed in Mumbai. Created SCORM-compliant e-learning, training curricula, and documentation for each aspect of indexing, analyzing, and processing a loan and its resale. Expanded remit to project management for training program development, including cal l center personnel.
- Universal City Walk, Lot, and LA Park 2003 and 2004 : Architect of the Disaster Recovery / Response silo to track emergency events. Interface to CA SEMS, the state emergency management system.
- SONY Entertainment 2001-200 2 : Developed and delivered the Data Center intranet, including articulating global data center policies and procedures: knowledge bases, backup tape routing and storage, automatic failure reporting, enterprise-wide applications tracking, an interface to all enterprise Lotus Notes applications, and tracking all enterprise hardware and software. Consulted on physical security. Led the in-house Lotus Notes practice to share code and strategy. Became an Acting Data Center Manager. Coordinated with international data centers.
- BT Alliance 200 0 and 200 1 : For Infonet, developed the international ordering system and a signific ant re-release. Reporting to senior management, monitored and controlled system and interdepartmental adherence to the corporate mission. Established ISO 9001 compliance and best practices for proprietary software development. Researched, approved, and implemented tools for continuing project management: documentation including international JAD sessions, use cases, code repositories, QA and maintenance procedures as well as templates/boilerplates for Requirements and Functional Specifications, System Specifications, and online and print training courses. Online teleconfe rencing, automated minutes recording (in print) and distribution. Over two releases, coded and delivered interfaces with Cold Fusion and MS Project. Archived and indexed all Software Development Files (SDFs) related to the orbiter. Advised Boeing groups, including the Research and Development group, on web applications implementation, automated web development, dual client software, Y2K, and SDF best practices.
- SAIC 1998 : Created documentation and tools for testing Y2K readiness of Lotus Notes applications. Consulted on SAIC standards for Lotus Notes development and documentation.
- The World Bank 199 7 : For The World Bank Global Partnership & Trust Fund Operations department (CTPFO) responsible for creating and disseminating the policies and business processes of the Bank-administered Trust Funds, automated the creation of trust fund applications, their processing and dissemination, the creation of reports, detailed audit-logging, data storage, etc. Documented all policies and business processes. Interfaces to Oracle; reporting in Crystal Reports.
- Deutsche Bank 1989-1996 : For the Technology Strategic Planning office of the CIO of Bankers Trust, directed worldwide project management, products and services implementation, and technical writing and editing. Edited, Co-wrote, and published 40 volumes of standards, policy, and procedures for the first time; published them online, creating the first company intranet. Automated compliance with and functions of Security, Data Center, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, QA, ADM, and Project Management Reporting.
