- Using a Waterfall methodology, I led the effort to implement an Electronic Performance Management System ( Confidential ) throughout the Smithsonian enterprise.
- My primary role was to provide oversight of the Halogen contractor as they customized their project to the needs of the Smithsonian.
- Estimated savings for the organization were over a million dollars a year in reduced paperwork and manpower requirements. The project was under budget and on schedule when I left the Smithsonian to begin working on Confidential projects.

- Developed a web based Case Management System (CMS) that automated DAV offices in all 50 states and US territories. CMS is now used daily by over 600 users and runs on the VA’s internal network. It ultimately improved office productivity by 25%.
- Developed a web based National Fundraising System that unified all DAV fundraising entities. This $3.5 MM project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
- Dismantled and restructured the IT Service Desk around the Help Desk Institute’s (HDI) best practices. Subsequently, presented lectures to HDI chapters on how to effectively make the transition to a responsive Help Desk staff.
