Other achievements include driving configuration and development standards, development methodologies and standards, systems simplifications and significant internal resource development, development and maintenance of multi-year capital budgets.

CoreSD Implementation
Responsible for leading a client and consulting team of over 25 individuals who designed and implemented core SD processes, includingpricing, order management, deliveries via external WMS system and invoicing. Project involved substantial integrations to and modifications oflegacy systems plus conversion of transactions and master data. At the time this was one of the largest single instance SD systems in terms of number of lines items per day. The size of the system required designing for optimal performance and extensive performance testing and tuning. Sell processes I implemented at McKesson handle more than $70B in revenue per year and are responsible for improving sell margins by over $7 M/yr and closing $17M/yr in profit leaks.

CRMInteractionCenter
Project manager for implementation of SAP CRM at two large, high volume, inbound contact centers. Project included process documentation, definition and normalization and prototyping of to-be processes. Project completed through Business Blueprint.

CRM Infrastructure Project
Led $1 M project which built innovative pricing call from SAP CRM IPC to legacy mainframe, prototyped large scale transaction and master data replication, built a ticketing system.

Third Party Distribution Project
Led technical pre-sales and project delivery for creation of a 3rd party logistics distribution system. Built all new solution for McKesson to provide outsourced 3rd party logistics and revenue cycle service to Pharmaceutical manufacturers. The solution, which was sold and built and implemented, included; Pharma contract pricing, 3rd party logistics, customer and GPO rebates, incentives and charge-backs which handled $400 M/yr. in revenue.
