A proven leader and skilled manager, I have outlined several milestone achievements that were accomplished via leading diverse teams to one goal, that is the successful delivery of products and services into the enterprise environment.
My objective is to obtain a senior management position where I can utilize over 16 years experience in information technology and management to direct ongoing projects, a technology team, and a suite of IT services for an enterprise. My core focus is in the conferencing and collaboration space with expertise in streaming, audio and video conferencing specifically.
Throughout my career I have endeavored to leave in my wake products, services and experiences that are considered a high value to the collective success of my clients. - Management of 10 direct reports with varying technical skill sets and subject matter expertise. Responsibility for project tracking, resource assignment, process development, career development and all HR requirements as it relates to a people management role.
- Operations of four major conferencing and collaboration services to Ernst & Young including Video conferencing, Audio conferencing, Web conferencing and Webcasting.

Milestone achievements:
- Designed and implemented flagship Video over IP infrastructure in support of the EY Global Headquarters at 5 Times Square as well as office locations nationwide.
- Authored “Strategic Direction for Video Conferencing” which details how this technology should be deployed and used within the Firm on a global scale. The recommendations of which have since been executed on.
- Designed and deployed to all three Global data centers the video conferencing infrastructure that supports all current and future VC services
- Designed, engineered and deployed into production three Global Video Conferencing services. These include the Global Executive VC service, Global Room VC service and the Global Webcam VC service.
- Led research and subsequent RFP for Telepresence solutions. The results of which I presented to senior leadership of the Firm including our Global CIO, Global CFO and other senior leadership governance bodies such as the Global CIO Committee which is made up of all Area CIO’s and their management
- Consolidated worldwide use of reservationless audio conferencing by forming a multinational steering committee whose goal was to identify Area audio conferencing requirements. By strategically aligning with a vendor that provided a ubiquitous globally available service I successfully consolidated worldwide usage which resulted in the Firm realizing significant benefits from cost reductions and service stability.
- Designed and deployed into production the Multicasting service which was and still is the foundation of EY’s webcasting service today.
- Worked closely with key vendors to align their global account management structure to best support EY in all Areas. The result has been wider adoption of services and a more satisfying support experience for the Areas of EY.
