Global Enterprise LAN/WAN Network Services Delivery Manager
Confidential Enterprise Network Services is a shared services organization that supports our presence at over 450 airports, hangers, sales offices, reservation centers, and Cargo facilities around the world. As the Delivery Manager for this entire scope of work my role consists of relationship management (both internally and externally), delivery management, people management, metrics, and - ultimately - ensuring that the 32 engineering and architectural resources who support these efforts around the world have what they need to deliver to our customers. USSTRATCOM is a Unified Combatant Commands of the United States Department of Defense supporting Global Command and Control, intelligence, reconnaissance, global strike and strategic deterrence of the United States nuclear arsenal.
As the sole project manager I was responsible for a $15 million portfolio of projects to develop and implement new virtual infrastructure to support Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis Network (ISPAN). My role required Top-Secret level clearance and involved planning, testing, installing, and production readiness of an entire new Virtual Infrastructure supporting both NIPR and SIPR networks. In addition, I managed a top Command priority project to migrate all 6,000+ SIPR Exchange users to the centralized DISA Enterprise Email (DEE) service.
