  • Successfully deployed a “turn-key” IT and POS system for a brand new hotel at the Graton Casino property, an Indian Gaming complex in northern California.
  • Deployed a state-of-the-art hotel network across nine new IDF’s and one existing IDF and Cold Room using CISCO and Juniper equipment. Home run Star Configuration fiber optic cable feeds back the the MDF (Cold Room).
  • Infrastructure equipment included Dell PC’s, Toshiba and Epson printers, BlackBox Phones and a Percepia/Parallax Voicemail and Call Accounting System.
  • Hotel utilized LMS/CMS via Agilysys and ran Infogenesis Terminals for POS, E232 boxes for connectivity to LMS for existing restaurants and incorporated a Freedom Pay Credit Card processing system and Ingencio 250, 350 and 480i machines, property-wide.
  • LMS Applications included: GeM, OPTIO, DMS, ResNet, New Look, etc., amongst others.
  • I deployed approximately 350 BlackBox phones, for both the hotel rooms and BOH operations, as well as an E911 call reporting device on the property.
  • Security systems deployed included an OMNI/Galaxy fingerprint reader system for FOH and BOH employee access, as well as a SafLok card system for hotel rooms and suites.
