Applications Integration Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP financials integration for all new acquisitions to PeopleSoft providing consolidation of AR/AP/GL/Billing.
- Led 2018 ERP implementation at 3 domestic sites resulting in increased inventory efficiency, consolidation of accounting, customer service and operations. Project was on time, under budget and sites were stabilized in 4 weeks for the first EOM on new system

- Managed implementation project of Syteline Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from start to finish at 5 Ampac sites, including 2 international. This was accomplished by using a proven system development methodology (conducting joint requirements definition sessions with users, software construction and testing, implementation, support and continuous improvement). This project saved the company over $200k annually due to staff reductions and the elimination of outside consulting fees.
- Participated in package search/selection and implementation of PeopleSoft financial software for corporate headquarters. This project allows consolidated financial reporting at the corporate level for all business units, including those with dissimilar business systems. As part of this project, our team was also responsible for designing, developing and supporting interfaces between dissimilar business systems and the corporate financial applications.
- Led package search/selection and implementation of HighJump enterprise warehouse management system using barcode readers at 3 sites including corporate headquarters in Cincinnati.
- Serve as primary resource for all Syteline ERP upgrades/patch maintenance updates eliminating the need for outside consultants for cost savings of approximately 15-25k annually.
- Led several projects integrating freight systems (PaceJet, M33, CH Robinson) to ERP back end systems facilitating the consolidation and negotiation of freight costs company wide.
