  • Marketing Execution and Reporting: responsible for the project through the full SDLC and infrastructure design, implementation and roll-out; creating an end-state consisting of merged Countrywide and BoA processes, applications, and architecture/infrastructure for executing direct-marketing campaigns in Home Loans and Insurance. Included 36 SQLServer databases, mainframe and midrange servers with Teradata, SQLServer and Oracle databases, 14 .net applications, Siebel Marketing and Siebel Analytics, SAS and the SAS EDI tool, as well as interfaces to numerous external vendor-based platforms. responsible for the project through the full SDLC supporting the addition of Countrywide ecommerce processes and data for executing online marketing campaigns world-wide. Included Oracle databases, midrange servers, ePiphany, and integration with external vendor-based platforms.
  • Also tasked with providing guidance and leadership across various other projects, including:
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX AR/Billing - The project was created to replace PeopleSoft AR/Billing with Microsoft's platform. Responsibilities on this project were limited to business/strategic issue resolution as well as the design, construction and testing of the business continuity planning including disaster recovery and failover of all technical components.
