• Manage Web projects and data integration efforts for offshore development in the media publishing industry.

Worked on efforts that benefited the corporate business and franchise owners. Liaised closely with corporate groups to design and implement Sharepoint site collections with customized Web parts and search features. Clarified the process workflows, created MS-Project plans and created BRD/FRD docs that permitted correct implementation of new Web sites. Used Infopath forms to allow electronic commerce of teaching material/supplies as fulfillment function for franchise operators. Evaluated the technical approach of using common Web parts or building specialized components (.NET, web services). Worked with corporate accounting group, franchise operations and CFO on the Sage MAS 90 system to automate electronic payment and document monthly royalty processing cycles (BillTrust). Implemented the publishing of monthly invoices, royalty fees, finance charges and credit memos onto ACH Web site for payment. Supported a large franchise business group and tested Quality Assurance.

• Managed a development team of nine: BAs, Progs, QA testers (50% prog offshore); responsible for creating client Web institutional facing applications and tracking budgets and timelines.
• Completed initial phase of large multi-currency Voluntary/Mandatory Corporate Actions project.

• Worked on retail banking 5x Growth system expansion project.
• Activated remote processing sites to transfer images that reduced the physical transfer of endorsed checks.
