Responsibilities:

  • Acted as the Independent General Contractor for a major rebuilding project of a large residence.
  • This project consisted of a gut rehabilitation of the entire structure.
  • This project installed all “ Confidential ” high and Confidential electrical systems, custom radiant imbedded heating and air conditioning systems.
  • My role was multifaceted. Preforming the role as the General Contractor, I obtained permits, reviewed architectural drawings, provided and obtained estimates for all trades
