IT Rersoruce Manager. Responsible for working with Project Managers & business area representatives to manage the assignments & workload of 30 to 40 IT associates. Assisting the associates in goal setting, career planning & promotional preparation. Including finding appropriate assignments and/or training that may assist them in filling gaps in their experience necessary to be promoted to the next level, or, depending on their career goals, to a position outside of their normal job family. Also responsible for semi annual performance reviews (mid year and year end) for each associate. Helped to develop and manage the career planning and promotional processes used by the IT department. Also, responsible for hiring and terminations for my group.

HR Systems Manager. Managed a team of 14 Information Technology professionals, 11 full-time and 3 consultants. Responsible for development and production support for the Benefits & HR modules of PDS Vista, the Albertsons Corporate HRMS System. Also responsible for production support of the new PeopleSoft HRMS system (Payroll, HR & Benefits Administration).

Sr. Business Analyst. Gathered and documented the requirements and external design for the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Purchase Orders that are transmitted electronically to suppliers. Played a key roll in planning and developing the requirements for, and execution of the integration testing for Procurement System interfaces to Legacy Systems. Coordinating with user representatives from both the operations and financial side of the company.
Deeply involved in the user acceptance testing and warehouse conversion and roll out.

Programmer Analyst. Responsible for support of the Student Loans Department for both day to day and long term needs. Providing ongoing support for the Student Loans Maintenance System, as well as to the Manager of the Student Loans office and his general needs for information gathering and reporting.
Also, serving as ongoing support and backup to the Financial Aid Department. Gathering, clarifying, and applying Federal Regulation changes to the Financial Aid Management System.
