Manage 2 Supervisors for the Plant Utilities Operators, and directly supervise 3 Lyophilization Technicians, 4 HVAC Mechanics and 4 Electricians in the Critical Systems Department, in the performance of Preventative, Predictive and Corrective maintenance on 78 HVAC’s including 52 Process Critical units, 6 Emergency Diesel Generators, 4 Electrical Switchgears, 7 Lyophilizers, 2 Water - for-Injection Stills, 3 Reverse Osmosis Water purification systems, 2 - 250HP and 1 - 450 HP Cleaver Brooks Boilers, 4 Glycol and 3 Water Chiller Units, 7 Air Compressors, 5 Cooling Towers, a 40,000 gallon Water Neutralization System and a Total Dissolved Solids storage system with 4 pumping stations throughout 2 Buildings.
