- Project manager SPOC to co-ordinate and develop Passenger Service Units (PSU) panel layout creation tool. Worked with KBE focal and with Design Lead & Moscow team and gathered the tool requirements. Worked with TCS India developers to develop the functionalities. Co-ordinated with Structures, Software and flight test team and developed master schedule (Design release plan, software testing plan, flight test plan, and certification plan). - Project manager SPOC to close all DCCS action related to 787-10 Amended Type certification. Worked with various structures DAEs to close the DCCS action, reviewing justification statements, updated Form types and ensuring completion per Boeing’s ATC BPI document. New Frame, change in fuel system, exhaust system, air intake system, suspension system etc. Owned frame assembly design and worked closely with team to integrate systems design and confirm frame drilling drawing. - Worked with ZF Gearbox supplier and developed plan to change manual gearbox to automatic 8 speed Gearbox. Worked with Clutch group and identified design change needed in Propeller shafts. Worked with supplier and received prototype and tested the propeller shafts to ensure it meets regulation requirements. Successfully completed the Gearbox transition.
- Worked as Designer to create new Radiator cooling system along with its cowl, fan, pipe routing. Worked with Supplier and came up with 3 different radiator design. Developed prototype and conducted engine testing to measure and finalize the cooling system. Procured the parts and went to the fleet and retrofitted the new Radiator system successfully.
