  • Implementation of project enhancements for our new Goldman Sachs Fund Administration business which has brought on a need to bring on all Goldman clients on board our platform. Consisting of working with accounting and investors services to take on all new funds. Each take on flight consisting of 20 new funds into the platform which consist of loading investor information, historical fund performance information and historical NAV information. Each flight is tested in QA and retested in production before going live via parallel with Goldman
  • Integrate new system upgrades for reporting, feeds, exports and general application enhancements, which come from the business end and then have to be broken down to what can and cannot be completed. Each request is given a priority depending on the client and where it is within the firm. If a request is received by business and it is needed for next quarter and the client who is requesting the change is on the top of the client list then needed adjustments will need to be made to add the project to be in scope for the quarterly developments already allocated in units
  • Allocation of units is made on a per story basis and tracked on a whole project basis, a new statement could take several stories to get completed so business is given the whole estimate and then prioritized as needed on an iteration, once the first story is completed it is tested in QA and sent back to business to verify if still viable to the whole project, if so then the other stories are worked on and tested as the first when the 3 stories are then completed then the project is then done
  • Accounting teams often incur issues with management fee and incentive fee reports which need to be looked at to accessing were the issue resides.
