Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Senior Project Manager for the Frame replacement/MPLS Program, a 25M program that replaced the old Confidential circuit technology from Xcel plants and substations .
- Responsible for all 3rd party leased site Confidential replacement and roll out of new telecommunications equipment to 100+ sites. Worked with numerous vendor partners and Xcel teams to design, install, and turn up Xcel sites.
- Project manager for the Confidential Channel Refresh project, in which was tasked to manage an effort to replace end of life Tellabs communication equipment in 17 Xcel sites with new Confidential equipment made by Coriant. 2M effort completed successfully in September 2017.
- Led effort to integrate new SAP system with the Wide Area Network group (WAN) Business systems procurement process. Worked with SAP DEV managers testing and supplying feedback for information to make the SAP conversion successful.
