  • Delivered first-time project for Verizon; never previously done (team literally wrote the book); providing managed WAN/IPT with a EVDO wireless back up system for both Voice and Data) across 4 time zones and 20 states; supporting 25K+ users.

  • Served as part of Network Migration and Line Cost Project team (11mo. Just a subject matter expert); migrating entire Intermedia Communications network to the MCIWorldcom network with an overall cost savings to the company of over $80M annually. Adhered to all internal/external protocols for MCIWorldcom, as well as any local telco. Efforts included the following:
  • Researched each switch on the Intermedia network for live and dead in total I researched over 10,000 circuits; if dead, interfaced with the customer to proceed with disconnection and free up network capacity for new order in the future; resulted in cost-savings.
  • Researched over 15K Verizon circuits both internally and externally to determine if live or dead; if dead issued disconnect order; resulted in cost savings of over $20M annually.
  • Completed disconnects on 100K total circuits by end of project.
