  • Report directly to the Vice President of Client Services. Provides monthly forecast, budget, and upgraded projects from month to month. Tracking and reporting all aspects of each jobs financials, and budgets through completion, and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
  • Oversee enterprise software system upgrades, along with system integrations.
  • Design and implement project Statement of Work from project inception, through finished installations.
  • Currently manage cross functional teams of Application Engineers, Software Engineers, and field technicians to ensure the creation of proper hardware/software, along with managing the client’s expectations for the project.
  • Schedule and coordinate on-site walk-throughs with field technicians, Project Managers(PM), and clients. Responsible for ensuring all necessary field data is gathered for impending upgrade. Review project plans and SOW with the field PM team to ensure that the client’s expectations are met for the upcoming integration.
  • Create and review project BOM’s with the Application Engineering team.
  • Assist in the creation and development of the ERP department’s process for ISO 9001 certification.
  • Knowledge of AMAG and Mercury access control, security, and visitor management systems.
