Phoenix, AZ
IT Sales/IT Specialist
July 2011 – Present

Initially I was hired on to sell CabinetNG, and then manage the entire project from start to finish. This would include proposal, design, install, configuration, training, and support after. While working for AR Computers I found other opportunities to improve the small company and improve customer loyalty, these would include implementing a dispatch system, creating and implementing trouble tickets, and increasing the productivity of the two other engineers with better scheduling. These new systems will hopefully over time assist the owner of the company to focus more on building the business rather than doing day-to-day IT work. In addition to selling CabinetNG, I also started selling Managed Services contracts. This had already been done with a few of AR Computers' clients, but we took it to the next level with proactive management of the entire network infrastructure using LogMeIn Central and Pro. Using this software and technology has allowed us to proactively monitor all hardware and software errors, in turn allowing us to be aware of possible issues before the client is down.
