Senior IT Project Manager for multiple infrastructure projects for the separation and integration of both infrastructure and applications for The Hartford's acquisition of Princeton Retirement Group from Merrill Lynch in Atlanta.
Key Contribution:

  • Provided project/program leadership for moving of applications run in the Atlanta datacenter to the Hartford and Boston datacenters. This included software redundancy eliminations and consolidations of licensing as well as application consolidations and conversations to DST system including document imaging system. This was a four phase project that included project plan development, tracking, reporting and issue/problem tracking and correction and financial planning. Contract was fulfilled and delivered on time.

  • North American command center manager responsible for all year-end reporting between sites, executive management and the ING Netherlands command center.
